Worldwide Shipping
All purchases made through this website are made with the knowledge that the purchaser is fully aware of their local, state, and/or national laws regarding the purchasing and possession of the materials made available by this website. Buyers are fully responsible for being aware of, and complying with, their respective country’s laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. We are not liable for packages delayed, or seized, by any foreign government. No refunds, or exchanges, will be made for any package detained, or seized.

All International Shipments are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. The cost for shipping via this method is calculated on a per order basis at the time of checkout.

Order Fulfillment Time
Domestic orders are usually shipped within 3 business days from the time the order was placed. International orders usually take from 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Please note that delivery time for domestic orders depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. For international orders, delivery time may be delayed by Customs.

Backordered Items
In the event that an item ordered is unavailable for shipment, and must be backordered, you will be notified via e-mail. You will be given the option to keep the order open and have all products shipped when they arrive, to cancel the order for a full refund, or cancel the order & receive a store credit.

Shipping Address
In order to avoid shipping adult materials to minors or third parties, the shipping address must be the address of the person placing the order.

Shipping To Prisons
We do not ship to prisons.

Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to notify you first via the e-mail address provided in your account information. If several attempts to contact you via e-mail prove unsuccessful, we will then attempt to contact you via the phone number provided in your account information.

If the delivery problem is found to be due to a mistake on our part, then we will either replace the order in full, offer a refund, or offer a store credit.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Defective Products
All defective products will be exchanged for a replacement of the same product. If we do not have a replacement available, we will offer a store credit for the full purchase price.

Defective Toys
Defective toys will be exchanged for a replacement of the same product. If we do not have a replacement available, we will offer store credit for the full purchase price. To protect the health of our employees and customers, we do not accept returns of any item listed in our “Toys” category unless the item is defective. If a replacement is needed, please contact Customer Service as soon as the product is found to be defective.

Defective DVDs
Many DVDs can be viewed on most computers, but this is not guaranteed unless specified by the manufacturer. Many times, DVD playback on a personal computer requires specific software, or specific “codecs”, to be installed. To ensure that a DVD is not defective, please attempt to play the movie on a standard DVD player.

If a DVD is found to be incompatible with your DVD player, we will provide a replacement. Before providing a replacement DVD, we will test the movie to make sure it plays on a standard DVD player.

Incorrect Item Shipped
If there is a mistake in the product shipped to you, please contact Customer Service, so we can send the correct item.

Content Dissatisfaction
If, you feel that the product descriptions listed on this website somehow misrepresent the actual product you receive, please contact Customer Service. We will gladly provide you with an alternate selection.

Change of Mind
All sales are final. Items purchased, once opened, may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

Returns and Exchange Process
